47RE Lockup Converter noise

Q: i have a 2003 dodge ram 2500 hd low output diesel with the 47re. i have 21000 miles on it and now when the lockup converter locks up at around 45-50mph under 50-75% throttle it makes almost a rubbing/grinding noise. nothing seems to slip. i normaly use it as a commuter vehicle and to haul electrical cable at 2000-2200 lbs with overdrive on after i reach 55-65mph at a time and sometimes tow a 10000 lbs gennerator with o/d off i took it to 2 dealers one ignored the problem and simply told me all the pressures are good and there is nothing to worry about the other said they couldnt duplicate it. any suggestions or anyone who has had this problem who knows what it is .
