not every car still has the sticker some are washed away some are missing from accidents etc. there is a sticker on every car/truck that tells you exactly how many oz. the system takes. it is under the hood usually on the upper radiator mount the underside of the hood or on a strut tower. hope this helps. .

yes by all means tax his extra cars and remove his incentive/desire to buy them... what a great economic policy! has worked so well for so many nations... lol you do know that what you just said is a complete load of shit right!!! funny thing is i dont think anybody else has seen it that way. denny in this group i can believe that but a quick look at reality will prove it completely wrong. for example when the interest rates dropped the housing prices in nj doubled and yet people kept buying them. some houses sold within the first week. seems like even a major cost increase and this will include property taxes didnt stop people from buying them. now lets look at the suvs. since they became the thing to drive the price of gas has doubled and yet they are still they are as popular as ever. with the newest opec crap and the oil companies more than willing to rape the american consumer the price of gas is expected to top $3.00 a gallon this summer in some states. this has been and will be a cost increase many times any bs tax would be and they still sell like crazy. i could go on forever with these examples but until you not just you personally are willing to open your eyes... but please give some examples where a tax killed something and make sure that there was not a recession or a loss of popularity in the background that was really causing it. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

i do believe that we also went into a regan recession about that time and that is what put many of the luxury boat builders out of buisness. when somebody gets their heart set on owning something it will take more than some little added cost to stop them. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving bill hall wrote well why stop at cars then if you own a boat tax it unless it is used to earn a living. they tried that once remember the luxury tax drove a lot of boat builders out of business not to mention thousands of lost jobs. jerry .

www.bought4less.com has power window and power door lock kits and keyless entry too i think the window kit is about $300 with switches. they are not the universal windows these are the kind that have mechanisms like the factory power windows. i just bought an 04 dakota-quad cab...without the power windows. is there an easy way to add power windows & locks anyone done this i asked the dealer if there was any kind of upgrade kit. he said there wasnt. i did a quick search online. i found a kit that will do 2 doors on an 03 dakota. no mention of 04 quad cab. .

first off i have very little knowledge of fuel systems so any and all help would be appreciated. i have a 01 ram with the 24 valve cummins and 82k miles on the truck. i just recently changed my fuel filter as part of a regular service. i filled the filter bowl about half way with atf like usualy i hear this helps keep injectors clean and started the truck. died after a second or two like normal and when i tried the restart and listened for the pump filling the bowl i heard a crunchy sound along with a gurgling sound not the normal hum. is the pump on its way out i saw a thread here about lift pumps going bad often. could this also be part of my lack-of-power problem sometimes when stepping on the pedal nothing happens for up to 30 seconds then itll spring to life. but thats a whole nuther story... andy .

gday from the land down under can anyone help my mate down here has an imported 1978 dodge d20 3 ton . the motor we think is non original 318 .very smokey it has points ignition. we cannot get it to run without bypassing the ignition . starter to battery & coil there is one wire at distributor that we do not know what it goes to 1 does anyone in the states have a workshop electrical diagram that can be scanned or pdf file and emailed to me all australian hemis and were electronic ignition after 73 2would this be a correct build date 318 to have points ignition am interested in american dodges as having serving my apprenticeship at chrysler australia as an engineering patternmaker and had a lot to do with hemis and fireballs. 3 can anyone help us convict stock down under 4 my mates brother-in-law would like to import any dodges or plymouths 55 to 75 . does anyone have anything laying around out the back rusting away wanting to sell of any interest muscle cars or unique please send any pics . 5 to change to electronic ignitionis it as simple as just installing a electronic distributor thank-you all and kind regards pfinch@esc.net.au .

actually while you do own the house you do not own the land. what makes you think that i am so happy about taxes i simply understand the purpose of such a tax. if you would open your eyes and stop whining you might figure it out as well. i can guarantee i own my land in oregon. we are taxed on property value and on improvement value. house pool any other structures must be different in jersey. if you dont pay taxes they will come and take it all away. they dont say were taking the land you can keep the house. if thats what you mean by saying you dont own the land then i guess you could say you never own the house either. .

thanks r for your help. it would be much appreciated if possible if you can scan the diagram and send it to my email. just have to organise a bbq if you ever visit us way down here and a few cold cans .my mate knows enough now to convert to electronic. but the other motor he has is also a points one it was a colour code wire that we do not know what it goes tojust will not fire without hot wiring it. the diagram will solve his problems. he is in no hurry at the moment until he gets the body back painted and will thewn do the motor work then so at the moment he is back onto his thunderbird as the dodge was a free-be from his brother-in-law when he got a 71 charger and challenger the dodge was thrown in on the deal thanks catch up soon i hope pete .
