i am interested in putting dual wheels on my 1999 2500 4x4 has anyone here done this are there kits available you should be able to get the 3500 stuff wheels etc or a total axle set up and a 3500 box and itll all bolt on. im shure you wouldnt be interested in why so ill leave that alone. actually if ya tell us we might be able to offer suggestions that could save you time and money in putting all that stuff on the truck. max life liberty and the pursuit of any jackass that threatens it. embellished usnavy slogan .

maxpower wrote just because a dealer cant fix your vehicle does not mean its a lemon theres alot of technicians/service managers out there from the dealer to the independent shops that cant fix the products they work on take it to another shop get another opinion have the dealer install the co-pilot on it if its an intermittent problem. does 18-36-98 tsb pertain to your vehicle it may be a bad ais motor moses horwitz moses horwitz wrote my 2002 4.7l dakota is a lemon! it has spent over 32 day at two different dealers it has had every problem discussed on this board. i have spent more money fixing it in 50000 than i spent on my 1994 dakota in 150000 miles. the lawyers that handled my lemon law suit also agreed it is a lemon. the dalmer/chrysler lawyers also agreed and offered to settle. jam if it looks like a lemon and it smells like a lemon and it tastes like a lemon... .

jbob wrote moses horwitz moses horwitz wrote ignoramus14690 wrote same thing here with 99 dakota. sometimes it stalls sometimes the engine races. had back to the dealer 5 or 6 times for this problem and its still stalling and racing. and yes ive tried cleaning the thottle body myself several times. guess there is no fix for this problem as the experts at dodge cant figure it out. im stuck with this lemon until i can unload it on some poor sucker or until the engine races in an icey parking lot and kills someone. the problem is in the programing of the pcm powertrain control module. from what ive found out there is a tsb technical service bulletin for this problem up to 2001. my dodge dakota lemon is a 2002. they wont touch it unless they get instructions from detroit or germany. jam .
