2004 ram and Chrysler brand remote starters?

Q: going to have a remote starter put in my 2004 ram. in the past i have used commandstart and been very happy with it. can anyone tell me there experiences with the unit that chrysler puts in there vehicles. does it have good range and is it reliable thanks in advance .
