lawrence tnloaswpraemnmcien5g@earthlink.net writes 2. is xm better than sirius or are they about the same. roughly similar with some subtle differences in programming. equipment-wise chrysler radios can have a sirius tuner connected directly to them. xm has better smaller more features add-on units. xm is also less expensive. im very happy w/mine and did an antenna install similar to what tom described. i took my install a step further however. i already had an inexpensive pioneer after-market sound system in the truck so after hearing the lack of fidelity in the fm transmitter interface of the xm system i ordered the auxiliary input adapter from crutchfield and plugged it in direct. i cannot begin to describe the magnificent improvement in sound quality. **lots** more bass and treble. 99 ram quad - i ran my wire in through the sliding window along the headliner down the drivers side pillar to the center dring holder on dash. i used an adaptor to connect the skyfi to my alpine. as ramman said the tone quality is unbelievable. my $.02 worth .

im having problems with my truck it has just over 100000 miles on it and it doesnt seem to want to shift up to higher gears when i first get going i have to get the rpms up higher and then let off for it to shift up. i havent had this truck for long but ill assume that it hasnt had the transmission fluid changed. im planning on getting this done this week probably should i get the shift bands re-torqued as it says in my service manual it seems to shift fine once it is warmed up fyi thanks for any help. -- get a free apple mini mac http//www.freeminimacs.com/r=14466563 .

traded the 2003 2500hd hemi truck for a 2005 3500hd dually with the cummins 610 turbo d. im getting a bigger rv soon so i needed the bigger truck. as far as the 5.7 hemi truck went it was by far the best vehicle ive ever owned. fun to drive and yes the gas mileage sucked. i had it 2 years to damn near the day put 94k on it and never did nothing to it but normal mait. i did change the transmission fluid and rear end fluid more than recommended. it never burned a drop of oil and still ran like a bat outta hell.....im gonna miss it. someones gonna get a sweet truck. driving home in the dually i got 20 mpg hummmm im forgetting about the hemi already. -- moparman---remove clothes to reply! --scud coordinates 32.61204 north 96.92993 west-- .

i have a dodge 02 quad cab and want to know if anyone has come across a hypertech or superchip programmer. email me...thanks stan@hirise.com i have a superchips one for my 2003 2500hd hemi. i sold the hemi yesterday and left the truck programmed for the performance program. i asked the dealer if they wanted to buy the programmer too they said no. hope someone tells the new owner to burn high test.... i liked it for the performance program it sucked for the towing program. i guess ill call superchips on monday and see if i can get the thing reset to someone else can use the programmer. -- moparman---remove clothes to reply! --scud coordinates 32.61204 north 96.92993 west-- .

i dont know what part of the country youre in but for a brand-spankin new fully loaded full-sized p/u under $30k...it sounds like youre getting a pretty fair deal. i just got an 04 in july with a diesel and 4wd...after doing a lot of shopping around!...for about $32k and am very satisfied with my deal. it always seems like you could have gotten a better deal regardless...after the fact. .

well im still fine tuning my 04 ram 2500 as far as getting it like i think will do the best for me accessory wise. im not mechanical enough for any real trouble shooting questions plus i havent had any mechanical problems...yet! i think im going for a taylor made aluminum headache rack and same brand aluminum tool box. i had originally been looking at the pro-tech line of the above...but understand that tm may be better quality and better price. anyone familiar with these or other manufacturers any feedback i think i found some running boards for a good price from jc whitney...they seem to be best price wise for good quality stuff on a lot of items. .

no separate reservoir only a separate pump. if you have someone listen when you hit the button you can tell if it is running or not. most likely the line is plugged up. scottremovetoreply scottremovetoreply@datajugglers.com wrote does the 2004 durango have a separate window washer resivoir for the rear window my front one is full and the rear stopped washing on my way back to nj from vermont this week. i couldnt find a place to fill it at the rear when i made a pitstop after it stopped working. thanks for the help! .
