aloha woody mahalo for the tip. ordered a running board from newmoparparts and they assured me no drilling required now i got to ship it back - requires all sizes of drilling. i dont want to do any drilling because i trailer my little 16 footer at least twice a week to fish. just came back from 11 hours of deep sea trolling one man caught a 25# ono wahoo @ 6 a.m. on the forty fathoms. went out twenty miles 1500 fathoms in search of the yellowfin tuna but no such luck. the salt environment can be very caustic. thanks again. on mon 17 may 2004 091701 gmt ken tanaka ken1@verizon.net wrote i need a side step for my regular cab truck. anyone installed one that requires no drilling. if so - which brand thanks. i installed a westin side step bar on my 04 2500 reg cab see http//www.westinautomotive.com/ no drilling involved as the brackets attach where the cab is bolted to the frame. the length of the step bar is matched to the distance between the cab attachment bolts. the 20 wide side steps not a bar just a step that you see around probably will require drilling. .
