2003 dakota headlight problem

Q: i have a 2003 dakota extended cab air auto fog lights the left high & low beam do not light fog lights ok right side high & low ok tried good bulb checked ground at socket with digital meter appears ok no voltage on high or low beam at socket. what would cause both high & low beam to not work on the one side. thanks gary garyatdinges.com .
