Q: the heat will propagate thru the system although im not sure how much of it will be due to circulation but without sufficient heat being generated it will dissipate without helping the engine much. warm water rises thus it flows and is therefore........ no not a witch its circulation!!! if it was just convection the heater wouldnt need an inlet. lol and you wonder why people have an attitude towards you. i said that i didnt know how much was due to circulation not that it didnt happen at all and again that depends on your definition of circulation now doesnt it now if the heater didnt have an inlet how would the water reach its heating element and how would normal circulation of the cooling system happen when the thermostat open up happen at all if this heater was a solid surface. since the freeze plug type heaters dont have ay inlet i guess that they dont circulate water at all by your definition huh maxi -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

time to further your education again sheeesh . . . and you claim to be such a great mechanic. and by this crap you posted below far more of one than you. while i admit that my thoughts were wrong concerning flow in relation to the bypass they were no where near as bogus as this crap from you. if you knew then why did you ask just to stir up trouble like you usually do i didnt know as far as what the question asked and that is why i asked it. why cant you be a man or at least act like one. you could have simply said that the bypass bypasses the radiator and both of its cooling lines and have been done with it or simply ignored me but instead you come out with your all too typical childish attacks. what a phucking baby you have become. no tom what a whiney little wimpy idiot youve always been. you havent the iq to realize youre not going to be accepted in this group due to your past treatments of people in general not just the regulars. youre not wanted here. the childish attacks began a long time ago by you when the first person to correct your errors did so. yes i could have ignored you and you based on past experience with you would have spread more of your incorrect blatherings but i answered you in the tone with which youve answered me so many times with one major difference i actually answered your question. and now you are whining and crying about it . . .boo-hoo. i also know from experience that if i had given just a simple answer you would rip into with erroneous details that have no application to the question . . its called spin you toidi. i gave you this style of answer simply because you are such an idiot and i just dont like you. awwww are you in a bad mood did you soil yourself again i can see why you dont like me. i keep bringing to light what you have really become and you simply dont like what you see. although i really cant blame you for not liking it you are completely responsible for becomming who and what you are and none of that is my fault at all. what the heck are you blathering about now oh yes i see youre trying to deny any fault or responsibility for the what you have become to the group .. . .an idiotic self-centered pathetic anti-social degenerate with no reedeeming value and less mechanical knowledge that always starts arguments if you not the center of attention. and those are your good points. the bypass allows coolant flow to the heater core for faster heat to the drivers compartment hahahahahahahahaha!!!! the heater core coolant lines and the bypass are in parallel with each other so how exactly does it do this sorry budd but you simply dont know wtf you are talking about. the purpose of the bypass it to allow the coolant to flow within the engine bypassing the radiator when the thermostat is closed to allow a normal warmup and prevent hot spots and engine damage. on the moderns dc products the heater circuit also does this all of the time but on the older models there was a valve that shut the flow to the heater core off and when it was closed the bypass was the only path to keep the water moving. this is where my thoughts were in error as i didnt take into account that the bypass actually bypasses the radiator and its hoses but at least i know what the bypass actually does. a bunch of bogus bull if i ever read any. so shoot me for keeping it on your iq level . . .you know single digits ... negative single digits. and yet still more than you seem to know. rotflmbo!!!! i saw a dead skunk in the middle of the highway near phoenix and its iq was higher than yours as was its mechanical knowledge . . at least it was hit my something mechanical . . . in all engines if the bypass doesnt bypass the radiator it takes a heck of a long time for the heater to put out heat. that was the reason for it being put on in the first place. an engine will actually warm up faster if the coolant does not flow any. simple physics. lol does not flow any what yes budd the engine will warm up faster by not flowing all of its water thru the radiator but the bypass serves its purpose by allowing some water to continue to flow at all times to allow even heating prevent hot spots and for the thermostat to see the temperature of the fluid within the engine block. you freaking idiot. ford tried that system back in the teens with the fours and it did not do any good so it was dropped before production. the only hot spots were from the coolant distribution tubes inside the heads rusting out and failing to distribute evenly inside the cylinder blocks there is no restriction to flow from cylinder to cylinder so eddy currents prevent the hotspots from forming . . .ya see mister super-idiot those engine had no waterpumps. the earliest v-8s didnt either and ran fine as long as long as the water could develop a circulation thru the radiator afte the the

thanks for the info. it looks like $2000 to make that happen. it maybe worth it. whered you get told $2000 and for what i was guessing based on what you said i needed. looks like $3000 now. a tst powermax3 is already $500 and torque converter as you said is $1000-1400. now i am up to almost $2000. of course that is doing this stuff myself. thanks for the info. it will be the automatic trans. what upgrade is needed typically a new torque converter and modified valve body. you may be able to get by with just a valve body but the problem is if the torque converter clutch starts to come apart it ends up trashing the rest of the transmission. the o/d section is also comparatively weak in the context of 600ft.lbs. and not much short of a rebuild can address that so plan on taking it easy when in overdrive and only hammer on it when o/d is locked out. figure on $1000 to $1400 for a torque converter depending on brand and about $400-$500 for a valve body again depending on brand. installation time is about an hour on a valve body and 2-3 hours for a torque converter need to pull the transmission for that. .

i finally got the p/u i wanted! 4 wd and a crew cab to boot. its a blast to drive handles great off road good power with a load...and it looks good. i did get a 5-speed manual transmission the only way to go off-road. sure its not 6 speed i been looking at 2004 lately and they all had 6 speed or automatic in them. the only glitch as far as i know is on the highway at speeds 70 mph plus. it just feels like there should be another gear in there somewhere. fortunately most of my driving is on 55mph roads and that works fine at 2000rpms. is there other trannys available that are better suited for 70+ mph or other than fuel mileage are they ok runnintg at higher rpms .

this is no joke!!! it really works. it was featured on dateline and oprah. at first this was a way that i could ease the financial debt i put myself in. $10000 would be nice and at least put a dent in my bills and give me some extra cash. but now this program is more than that..it is a way that i was able to clear all my financial problems and finally live the life that financial freedom gives. i was in debt over $15000 at a ripe old age of 30. it was due to some financial irresponsibility. i was quickly losing some of the ones that i loved and the stress of daily life was becoming too much! but with an investment of just $6.00 i was able to clear away each and every one of my bills and live the life that only ca bre dreamed about. now that i have my financial freedom nothing would make me more hapy that to see others gain the same thing. this program must be followed very specifically so that we all have the opportunity benefit from it. as long as everyone plays by the rules theres no way we can lose! the beauty about this program is that its worldwide..and there must be tens of millions of people that would no doubt invest $6.00 to gain their financial freedom! the first time i saw this ad posted in a group i thought that there was no way this could work..and it must be a scam. but i was in no posision to disregard any possible income generating opportunity so i read on. the power of the internet and its worldwide reach made this program seem so easy...and thats exactly what it was. here are 4 easy steps to start making your future 1.get six 6 separate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece of paper please put me on your mailing list. get six 6 u.s $1.00 bills and place one inside of each of the six pieces of paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope. place one paper in each of the six 6 envelopes and seal them with the dollar bill enclosed. you now should have six 6 sealed envelopes each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase with your name and address written therein dont forget about the $1.00 bills. what you are doing is creating a service. mail the six 6 envelopes to the following addresses a.d. cotton 3101 hidden pond dr. #101 raleigh nc 27613 b.s. camaj po box 182032 shelby township mi 48318-2032 c.j. evans 8735 bushy hill dr. santee ca 93071 d.isaac kamelamela 3325 kalua rd. honolulu hi 96816 e.jeff mcnamara 2637 pine st. napa ca 94558 f.j. gonzalez 3680 n. sharon dr. prescott valley az 86314 2.now take the #1 name off the list that you see above move the other name up six becomes 5 5 becomes 4 and so on. add you name as number 6 on the list. change anything you need to but try to keep this article as close to the original as possible. no wpost your amended article to at least 200 groups. i think there are close to 25000 of them. all you need is 200 but remember the more you post the more income you generate. this is perfectly legal. if you have any doubts refer to title 18 section 1302 & 1341 of the postal lottery laws. keep a copy of these directions for yourself and whenever you need to generate some income you can re-use it. please remember that this program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the participants and by their carefully adhereing to the directions. look at it this way if you are of integrity the program will continue and the income that so many others have received will come your way. you need to retain every name and address sent to youeither on a computer of hard copy and keep the notes people send you. this verifies that you are truly providing a service. also it is a good practice to srap the $1.00 in dark paper to avoid the risk of mial theft. so as each post is down loaded and the directions carefully followed all members will be reimbursed for their participation as a list devleoper with one dollar each. your name will be moved up the list geometrically so that when you name reaches the #1 position you will be receiving a huge amount of cash! what an opportunity for only six-dollars $6.00 one-dollar $1 for each of the six people listed above. send it now add you own name to the list and you are in business. here are some directions on how to post to a group. you do not need to retype this document everytime just copy and paste it to the group. just remember to save it to your document folder to access it everytime. use netscape or ms internet explorer and try searching for various groups on-line forums message boards chat sites discussions etc. visit these sites and post this article as a new message copy and paste. not cut and paste. fill in the subject line this will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a particular group. next click the post button. 3.thats it. all you have to do is jump from group to group and post away.
