william voltage charging between 13.5 volts and 14.5 volts is normal. i think you have a voltage draw. something on your truck is staying on draining your battery. .

im attempting to replace a leaky water pump on a 1999 dodge ram 1500 van with the v6. i cant seem to find any way to lock down the pulley mechanism in order to remove the viscous fan assembly. i can see 4 concentric holes in the face of the pulley but i really dont see any way to lock into them to spin the 39mm nut without both mechanisms interfearing. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks .
