Q: on 21 jul 2003 154405 gmt toxictavrn@aol.com toxictavrn wrote for any of you folks under the delusion that a chrysler extended warranty is/was money well spent disabuse yourself of that foolish notion! you can insert just about every brand into that sentence unfortunately i suspect youre correct... in the past ive never bothered with these cause theyre usually not worth the money. in this case we bought it because we tow a trailer and i figured we might have more problems... course we also stupidly figured those extra problems would be covered by the genuine chrysler corp added care service contract... what a joke... anybody know of an online source for a throttle position sensor for a 98 ram 5.9l .

whats the easiest way to remove stuck exhaust manifold bolts. ive gotten 14 of 16 bolts loose but two dont what to release. im afraid of breaking them off in the head. of the ones ive removed there is significant under cutting just below the hex head actually 4 are hex nuts. ive tried wd40 on a warm not hot manifold but no luck. the engine has never had the heads off before. 1975 360 cid 42000 miles. rc ok folks. heres the scoop again. wd-40 is a water displacement/drier that happens to be classified as a lubricant. to remove stuck bolts etc you really need a penetrant/lube. use liquid wrench pb blaster or any other type of lubricant that is labeled as a penetrating lubricant. the allmighty wd-40 can only go so far. simply hose the area with liquid wrench or pb blaster and wait. tap lightly with hammer etc then twist. should come out. later! -dave .

roy wrote if that is the case dc had better go for a refresher course. the caddy dealership sue takes her car to is fantastic if they keep the car overnight for parts they put her in a new caddy not a escort. thats a caddy dealership. you wont get the same service with other less expensive gms autos unless youre lucky to find a great dealership. maybe its all in the presentation. as i said the chevy dealership isnt quite as good but they are way ahead of any dc dealer ive had to go to. let me assure you the corvette z06 cost a bit more than sues eldo. i really dont think the cost of the product has a damn thing to do with it. it is the guy who runs the service dept the person who schedules the appointments the parts guy the owner and ultimately the fellows who turn the wrenchs. also the customer can alienate the entire dealership with his/her attitude. roy .

take it back and make him recenter the steering wheel its part of the toe-in adjustment. if he tries to weasel out of it find another shop hes either lazy or stupid. i have a 1998 dodge ram sport.glad to say not a day of trouble.altough one day i noticed the front tires were worn on the outsides.bought new tires and had it alinged.the question i have for you is the steering wheel is not straight any more when driving straight.the truck does not pull at all you can leave your hands off the wheel for quite some time nor does it pull when braking.im a do it yourself guy on most thingsmy mechanic said there was a seperate adjustment for this problemis this true and and if so how to remedy the crooked wheelwould be greatly appreciated. thank you ed edscrates@optonline.net .

i knew you would have to respond. theguy wrote on fri 25 jul 2003 155616 gmt budd cochran mr-d150@citlink.net wrote roger c. covalt wrote bud and nate and everyone else first of all i knew there was one of regulars that had moved out to utah and i thought it was you bud but wasnt sure. yep. moved here because my father-in-laws health was failing and he needed more care. stuck here because my health has declined partially i believe due to the stresses of desert life. couldnt be the stress that you put on yourself could it nope but it could be because you are unable to mind your own business. let me ask you something roger. what are the three primary attributes of a true god here we go again. another monte python movie. this one isnt in search of the holy grail though it is in search of the elusive and minuscule mind of budd. dont know the answer then why respond shut up and you might learn something. not being an offroader or a hiker i dont really get to enjoy those freedoms so they arent important to me. a freedom ive lost here is the freedom to be not looked down on because i dont believe as they do. budd i dont think that is it. people just like to see a little thought process in others. that is all they are probably looking for in you. oh...and when will you start showing you have any the mormons have some fine teachings that are biblically supported. i follow them myself and have with my family. im non-denominational btw. me im right handed. really cant switch hands salt lake city was recently announced as having less than 50% lds population. moab has less than 40%. the problem lies in that in places where no religious is needed the mormons pile it on almost to the point of being discriminatory. what relax. its beyond your comprehension. ive studied the teachings five times. ive researched the lds faith online. it has some serious problems that are irreconcilable among which the failed prophecies of joseph smith are only the tip of the iceberg. send me a email and list them for you. yeah well i read the concrete blond three times. good book less stress. if youve read it it probably should be banned. as a mormon once you hit the local registry rolls youll have no problems. but when a non mormon walks into a local establishment and as soon as your name is mentioned you see the friendliness leave and the only reason is that the business is lds connected what does that tell you oh theyll take the money but you wont be treated as friendly as a church member. so wtf difference does that make what is it that you need budd a pat on the back every where you go your dollar still spends the same. if they chose to like other mormons better than a moron they can do that. tis better to seek a pat on the back then to be the person that stabs the back. im not a brow-beating conservative but i dont want the government taking over my responsibilities in life to my god myself my family and my country. personally i think the elected officials should work for minimum wage / 40 hrs / week and the government should get only 10% taxes . . god lives on it fine why cant the government as for the planet..god created it for us to use wisely until he returns and builds the new heaven and earth. i dont keep fish if i cant eat them. i dont believe in trophy hunting for pure sport. i believe that if the epa had some real scientists with real objectivity then environmental laws could make sense...they dont now. and i dont believe in evolution. budd first off grab a hold to a little reality. you are a brow beating conservative. as well as a fire and brimstone religious zealot. thank you. to see you bitch and cry about the way that you are treated by people who have strong religious beliefs is hilarious. to see that you are incapable of religious tolerance is expected. budd .

hi eric in reality there is no need to unplug anything while welding on your vehicle. keep your ground clamp close to your work and you wont have any problems. the only reason i can think of unplugging your ecm would be due to magnetic interference welding generates a lot of magnetic flow if youre welding close to your ecm. in all fairness however i can only speculate on the effects of strong magnetic flow in close vicinity of the ecm. chances are it wont make a bit of difference either way. if it concerns you though take a few seconds and unplug everything. peace of mind sure beats needless worry! -- nathan w. collier http//7slotgrille.com i have a 97 dodge ram. the weld on the tailpipe bracket is broken. this sets off a terrible buzzing at certain rpm ranges. if i clean this up and use my mig welder to make the repair are there any special considerations regarding the vehicles electronics i dont want to fix the exhaust and have a truck thats not going to start/run because i fried its computer! any help you can give me would be most appreciated. .
