2002 RAM 1500 4X4 20" wheels and tires

Q: sidewall is too short on these things. i dinged a wheel in the first week i had it ok no comments on my driving skills. is there a size of wheel and tire that will match the diameter of the p275/60r20 tire in a smaller wheel. i dont want to end up with long mileage and an inaccurate speedometer. ed dowdy .
