2002 Durango rear bumper replacement

From : john kunkelshaky

Q: i think the rear main seal in my 94 b150 v6 3.9 leaks and i was wondering if this is a repair i could do myself. does the trans have to come out the rear main seal can be replaced without removing the transmission only the pan and rear main bearing cap need to be removed. be sure the leak is actually at the the seal oil drips in this area often originate from above. the oil pressure sender and the rear intake manifold seal are common leak sources. john .

have you asked what the charge to you to ship it to you then what is the price for having it prepped and painted and installed does this sound about right seems pricy since i have found the bumper online for around $180. ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .

one thing to remember... there are a lot of sub-quality aftermarket parts crap out there. i once bought an after market chrome grille for my durango and would have been embassed to put it on. even though i saved a bundle on the purchase it was a joke and a hassle to return something to an on-line store. james .
