2002 Dodge Durango weight

Q: i have an 02 dodge durango slt+. i was wondering exactly how much it weighs. in all articles ive read it said somewhere in the neighborhood of 4600 lbs+. however just inside the drivers door on the side on the information label it says 6400 lbs gvwr which i take to be gross vehicle weight rating correct so can someone set me straight as to what exactly is the weight of my car. .
