2001 Ram electrical Problem

Q: hello all i need some help. i lost my cargo light dome light overhead console lights under hood light and radio. i have checked and rechecked all the fuses in the cab and under the hood. the 5 amp illumination fuse does not have 12 volts at the block. any ideas. i did hit the 2 wires together that feed the overhead console lights. just for a millisecond. i thought i just took out a fuse. still in the dark ken .

yes iam wearing the seatbelt and im the only one in the truck. i have a 2002 dodge k3500 that does the same or similar thing. while my belt seems to clip together correctly if i grab both ends and push them in a little tighter then the belt light goes off. i would think there is some contact inside the female end of the buckle that isnt being engaged fully. .
