1999 3500 van steering problems (TSB?)

Q: hi i have a 99 ram 3500 15 passenger van with 55000 miles on it. on a recent 1000 mile highway trip it started to have steering problems. the first thing i noticed is it was very unresponsive at highway speed. i pulled off the interstate to investigate further and found that it would turn just fine at lower speeds power assist seemed to be working but needed to be helped back to center it wouldnt return by itself like it normally did. fluid level was fine....no squealing or weird noises when turning the wheel at low speeds. i have done a little searching on the internet and found a few references to a technical service bulletin 19-002-01a sep 01 steering/suspension - wander diagnosis/repair. and was wunderin if anyone here had any knowledge/experience with the problem symptom i am having with my van or this specific tsb to see if there is a relationship between the two before i take my chances at a dealership. strat .
