1998 Ram Van 1500 A/C Trouble

Q: hello i have a 1998 dodge ram van 1500. it has a 5.2 liter engine. my a/c clutch will not engage. i checked the fuses high & low pressure switches and checked the 134a. i checked the relay that is in the distribution center also. they all seemed to check out fine. when i jump the clutch it comes on and i can feel cool air come from the vents. there are two sensors in line but i do not know where they are on the van. one is a temp sensor and the other has to do with the power train. it said in the wiring diagram. about two weeks ago the a/c clutch fuse blew out and the blower fan did not work. i replaced the fuse and the fan works fine. whatever blew that fuse is probably what im looking for. can you help me find the problem is there a sensor in by the heater core. thanks george .
