Q: thanks tom - re the number you gave is that what i would expect on a new engine if so what would be reasonable compression test pressure readings for an engine at say half life 200k miles - magnusfarce continued thanks. on the subject of compression and/or leakdown rates what sort of numbers should i expect to see on this engine with a compression ratio of 17.51 somewhere around there you can expect compression results of around 250psi or so. .

looking for cummins or any other diesel i guess 4x4 hauling capacity doesnt matter but i need the long bed cruise ac and extended cab would be nice. 92-94 is ideal. .
