Q: the next feature that catches my eye is a drop forged crankshaft with screwed-on counterweights. ill take my crankshafts in one piece thanks. i prefer the counterweights be permanently affixed not screwed on. great...im happy for you. i dont have a preference. so lets look at the power ratings. youve been extolling the virtues of the 4cylinder so lets look at it first. its rated at 125kw or 169 hp. not bad but not even the equal of my 24v at equipped cummins which weighs in a 160kw or 215hp. its torque is a bit peaky coming in at 457ftlbs but only at 1400-1600rpm. since cruising rpm in the ram is 1800-2000rpm its worth noting that the deutz drops to 350ftlbs by 2400rpm where the cummins is a broad flat curve at 420ftlbs all the way across making power application for towing much more stable and smooth. so your arguement is that 169hp is not enough hmmm...wonder why the first cummins engines that appeared in dodge pickups were only rated at 160hp and 400 foot pounds of torque...would seem the deutz four banger has an edge of 9hp and 57 found pounds of torque no the drop of torque and limiting rpm compared to a 24v doesnt bother me cause i never said i was comparing a 24v now did i i dont own a 24v it was always a discussion on matching like performance and saving fuel. the 6cylinder 2013 crush

tbone wrote lol yea right. if he were a true independent then i might agree but instead he is more of a leach on the democratic party. whoa here! who asked whether nader was a true independent or a leach i talked only about his views on a 3rd party and your absurd views regarding such. .

i agree far too much money is involved in the election process. any suggestions on how to get candidates to bite the hands that feed them -- budd pres. bush john kerry has changed his position on the iraq war so many times he could debate himself. b.c. and lose. the problem is that the only way to get elected or even nominated is money. its unbelievable the amount of money spent on campaigns now-a-days. all of that money is provided by special interest groups who expect and get something for their money. it is bribery regardless of what you want to callit. the politicians know that they have to cater to those with the money and the real needs of the country are secondary. i dont see a solution so it will only get worse. dddd what weve got for government is the result of complacency among voters. too many have thought for too long their vote doesnt count but it does. i glad to see the drives to get more voters off their butts and into the booths i just hope that political lowlifes are using them to force voters for selected candidates. -- budd im sorta curious do any of you folks that participate in the various political threads actually believe that you will sway anybodies vote it would seem to me that if one was so enthralled with their candidate that their time would be better spent supporting that candidate through phone banks leafleting and other campaign work. i just dont understand how going back and forth with the same 2 or 3 people are advancing your candidates election bid. roy i dont know what those guys are doing except taking out their frustrations. but i do know which one stirred the pot and lit the fire with his kerry kicked ass thread. it was pretty quiet until he pulled that stunt. i blame him for turning this into another pointless polictical group. 16 days until we start the election was stolen crap i cant wait - ive no problem with the threads at all i just dont see it as helping either of the two idiots. this will end in a couple of weeks anyway. with regards to who started it ya gotta figure that if ya dont have a clue about trucks babble about something else it does break up the monotony though. roy agreed. i dont think the level of discourse in here isnt much different from what were seeing on the campaign trail pretty petty. while i disagree with your choice of candidate i havent been less enthused about mine since 1976 who was that anyway oh yeah ford and thats pretty low ill tell ya...i can barely stand to listen to either of them. we have an idiot running against a moron. you put which label on which candidate. i honestly cant vote for either. politics in this country has sunk to new lows in the past several elections. all idiots!!!!!!!!!!!! dddd .

well i went to alldata and got the schematic showing where the headlamp relay is in the power distribution center. however that location has a different relay in it for vke/something and if i pulled that relay out the headlamps high and low worked just fine - so it wasnt the right relay. anybody have any idea where the headlamp relay for a 2000 durango is .
