1988 Dodge Ram 50 Runs Rough

Q: make sure the catalytic converter and other exhaust parts are not clogged/restricted to the point it chokes the engine at higher speeds/rpms. si guido wrote my 1988 dodge ram 50 2.6 liter mitsu engine begins to run rough and cutout when i approach 55 mph runs great at idle and lower power settings. this same symptom occurs at any speed when i get to an incline hill etc. this morning she finally just quit altogether. i have replaced the spark plugs wires distributor cap and rotor. i also replaced the carburetor. no change. any ideas .

mac davis wrote the governator bought himself a recall then a governorship.. if he didnt want to bother waiting until the election to run why should he wait for the normal process maybe hell just fund a revolution.. he didnt buy himself a recall. the people of ca were fedup with grey davis. if arnold didnt run someone else would have been voted in. davis was out no matter what. .
