1988 D100 318 throttle body

Q: ok guys im new at this and ive never worked on a trottle body fi before. i bought this truck 1988 d100 318 in the hopes of swapping out the intake and 2bbl carb with a 600 cfm 4bbl along with a cam and headers. well it appears that dodge decided to start using throttle body fi on their 1988 trucks. now my question is what should i do to get more air/fuel into this puppy new throttle body and injectors do they make them and if so where do i find them do you have to change the computer or do anything else is it easier to scrap the fi all together and install new intake and a 4bbl if so what do i need to know before swapping it out someone told me that id have to change the fuel pump and my guages wouldnt work is that so thanks shad .
