1986 Power Ram Power window failure

Q: its been raining for about 36 of 45 days here in seattle and the power windows went out on both sides of my truck. i look like trailer trash with the plastic table cloth closed in the door on the passenger side where the window is down 1/4 of the way. can anybody help me .
