Q: on 22 nov 2004 162650 gmt ignoramus25655 ignoramus25655@nospam.25655.invalid wrote windshield wipers frequently fall off on my 1999 dodge ram. very annoying sometimes they fall on the windshield and sometimes they get lost. any suggestions i put little chains on them like pens in a bank .

re macco well heck theyre probably better than earl schieb there are places to take heaps & junquers and theyre places that take some excrucuiating pains and seemingly try to price their service accordingly & fairly but ive got a junky 1986 dodge conversion b-250 van thats not worth a fairly good paint job so im stuck with looking at it and my experience at that ill paint anything for $100 earl schieb peachcrest near decatur georgia years ago wasnt good--a poor job so bad & still wet that the wind literally affected the paint as i drove it home so never again would i fool with re-conditioning a heap at earls i presume theres just not enough money profit in it and so my drastically faded van which is literally not market worth re-painting goes begging and i suppose there are beaucoup running vehicles in the same situation if there were a competent place to take it for a coupla hundred say $300 bucks in the athens--atlanta area then i think i would there was a good discount car painting place on buford highway about 30 years ago budget auto painters but even their prices have apparently gotten too high for what i have .
