04 Hemi is regular/premium fuel required and tune up/maintenance easy to work on?

i have had mine for 13+k miles 1 year. i know there are 16 plugs but have not looked up the cost. it can run on 87 octane gas but recommends 89 for peak performance. i use 87 for normal driving and 89 if i am towing. thinking about purchasing. how are the spark plugs as far as being able to get to them how long do they last what kind of fuel is required 87 93 octane thanks .
