02 ram 2500 diesel question

Q: went to get an alignment on the front end the other day and was told that the camber is out and the only way to fix it is install an aftermarket offset balljoint i called chrysler and asked them if they would go good for it because it came off the lot like this still has factory balljoints in it and they basically told me since the warranty is off the truck they cannot do anything for me ! pretty good i said to her you put a truck on the market that you know is wrong form day one and that its going to chew tires off...and you cant do anything for me ! i was told that if it was brought to their attention when it still had warranty they would have looked into it! chrysler.....really stand behind their product eh! anyone else have the same happen to them .

cannot do anything for me ! pretty good i said to her you put a truck on the market that you know is wrong form day one and that its going to chew no it wasnt wrong from day one. something got bent in the front end and the camber is now out of spec. it wasnt always like that. i believe that on a d60 which is what you have up front you can get offset sleeves for the ball joints rather than buying an offset ball joint which run about 2x as much as a standard ball joint. .
