02 ram 1500 quad 4wd - 9 MPG towing enclosed snowmobile trailer

Q: holy $#@! is the wind drag on my enclosed trailer what is killing my wallet it cant be the weight cause the trailer only weighs around 700 pounds empty it was empty today. that is the mpg i was getting today. i dropped the trailer off and then i got 15 mpg which is what i usually get around the expressway. .
