Q: even worse than it already was since he was not driving carelessly. like i said before there are just too many variables. ok i gotta ask.... so driving essentially blind folded is not careless not if the conditions that are causing it are beyond your control. ok... what part of the country are you in so i know not to go there. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

nathan w. collier wrote doesnt that seem reasonable i know accidents happen but why should i suffer the depreciation as a result of the negligence of someone else no............... because it is doubtful if you will have any depreciation if any at all. youre just pissed and making a mountain out of a mole hill. jerry .

ok fair enough. since i have no idea what the intersection looks like ill keep my opinion and theorys to myself hard to believe huh - no i asked for your collectively opinion and im not going to whine about the ones i dont like. i just want to make sure all facts are clear. i am curious as to what the insurance company is going to do about the depreciation issue so if you dont mind let us know what they did in general. certainly. im not worried my attorney is prepared to move forward if my insurance company doesnt make me a reasonable offer. -- nathan w. collier http//utilityoffroad.com http//inlinediesel.com http//7slotgrille.com http//bighornrefrigeration.com .

tbone wrote the country has to come first in all things or it will fail. problem is that you define the country as the government and its hunger for tax revenues. i define the country as us the people not the government. so do i despite your spin. the country is the people not the government like you try and spin it. lol it is you who are trying to play it both ways. you say the country is the people then you turn around and say the government needs to tax the crap out of those that have money. no the liberals view is that the masses need some protection from the corrupt few who put greed and self interest above all things much like yourself. and who protects those that work their asses off to become successfull from liberals such as yourself who wish to attack that success and dreams lol more right wing spin. if that were only true but we both know that it isnt. those in power set the rules and the wealthy are just about always in power and the last thing that they will do is set the rules against themselves. so what are the rules tbone work like crazy but be warned dont become successfull or youll be crushed by taxes to redistribute more complete crap. where exactly do you think that they are going to go and if that were true lol so you have no complaints about companies that have outsourced or moved all together huh...since by your statement above they cant. it is not a punishment and these few people are not the issue. you tbone made these people the issue. you want to base taxes on what you say correctly are just a few. lol that has nothing to do with anything. i have no problem with people being rich but i do have a problem with the richer they get the greedier they also seem to get and act like the world owes them this. you do have a problem with people being rich. you want to tax the crap out of them for being successfull. oh ya tbone you do have a problem with them being rich! its the #1 thing you rant about. you despise the rich. there are far more of them then you want to admit too and if there are only this few then my tax plan will have little effect on the rest of you so what are you whining about and i quote from above these few people are not the issue. again you make these few the issue. tax the crap out of my ass. if they even payed what they owed without increases there would be no reason to increase taxes. they pay the majority of our taxes. its public record on the govs demographics tables. i dont know what you mean by limit. if you are talking about percentages i would say 45% but only under extreme emergencies. ok only under emergencies huh currently the wealthiest pay 35%. that doesnt include the amount paid to ss state medicare medicade etc. they currently pay over 45% in taxes without an emergency. you can try to rant saying they use tax loopholes and dont pay much taxes but thats just liberal spin. the demographics on tax revenues are public record and published by the irs every year. .

my mechanic said he installed the pressure sensor after the lift pump but before the filter. if filter was bad he would expect high pressure not low. i bought a pump and filter today and will install tomorrow. he will guide me. thanks for all your help and advice charles jerry wrote charles wrote steve fuel filter was changed in may 15000 miles ago. how often does it need changing i change oil and oil filter every 4000 miles and fuel filter every second oil change. order from genos and save a bundle of money. about 1/3 what the dealer will charge you. it really does sound like a plugged fuel filter though. jerry .

tom man i hope not! i was hoping the new design was going to make things right again. if theyre going to go to the trouble of introducing a work-around replacement the least they could have done was fix it right this time! havent put in a fuel gauge yet... is it easy enough to do on the 2000s youre making it sound awful tempting. jack .

thought you said she your wife was on the street and the other driver was coming out of a parking lot. doesnt he have to turn left or right yes but its not a 90 degree turn. if it was a angled collision then it could be even easier for the truck and trailer not to see on coming traffic properly or make a misjudgment in speed and flow especially if he was under the impression your wife was getting ready to enter the parking lot. sorry i dont buy it. every day hundreds of people use that same driveway and they have the sense to know when to stop. it doesnt matte anyway youre still supposed to stop when traffic is coming. sounds like it was what it probable is...... a accident. well i know he didnt do it on purpose but it was still due to his negligence. an accident to me is swerving to miss a dog and hitting another car. choosing not to stop before exiting a parking lot onto a very busy city street is negligent at best. -- nathan w. collier http//utilityoffroad.com http//inlinediesel.com http//7slotgrille.com http//bighornrefrigeration.com .

max is a bonafide fucking asshole always has been and always will be. im sure will say otherwise and hopefully youll never know that im not. i get the distinct inpression that having you call me a fucking asshole among other things is a an honor not to be taken lightly. in other words for someone of your stature to say that of me just proves im doing just fine. if he isnt crying about something in his personal life he is engaged in exactly what have i cried about in my personal life ya know this is just one more in a long string of crap youve posted making claims that you cant substantiate. stretching out long pissing threads. yeah long pissing threads to which you delight in adding posts. you just dont get it. this place is not only a good resource for some kinds of info but also amusement. the more crap you post the more amusing you become. take a look at this one for example.... he is burning up because he cant have the last word like some little 2nd grader which is his mo. i dont need the last word. in fact i think its funny that you feel the need to have it. see if you keep replying ive reached my goal. feel free to reply to this as well. if you post something that leads me to believe another verbal poke in the ribs will get you going again ill probably do it. see the reality is id like for you to have the last word. go ahead jerry prove either that you are a decent gentleman and shut up. or post again and reaffirm your ability to post stuff that just isnt grounded in reality. -- max give a man a match and he is warm for a short while. light him on fire and he is warm for the rest of his life. theguy wrote while i dont necessarily disagree with some of what you have said jerry for crying out loud that is exactloy what you did here and what you have doing lately when you decide to post. you jump in and post bullshit that is only going to stir things up again. lately......... i doubt ive made more than a little over a dozen posts this entire year. if you slow down a bit and relax youd be able to see that nate was pissed and wanted some other peoples opinion of what happened. and i said that very same thing that nate had a right to be pissed but as in most of the times nate had already made up his mind and was merely venting steam. i simply thought he was making the issue larger than it needed to be. max is a bonafide fucking asshole always has been and always will be. if he isnt crying about something in his personal life he is engaged in stretching out long pissing threads. take a look at this one for example.... he is burning up because he cant have the last word like some little 2nd grader which is his mo. jerry .

nathan w. collier wrote common sense tells you that wouldnt be a easy thing to do coming out of a parking lot making a 90 degree turn pulling a horse trailer not a 90 degree turn at all. there is a one way driveway coming in and and a one way driveway going out both are angled. if it will make a difference i can go take a picture of the driveways. thought you said she your wife was on the street and the other driver was coming out of a parking lot. doesnt he have to turn left or right if it was a angled collision then it could be even easier for the truck and trailer not to see on coming traffic properly or make a misjudgment in speed and flow especially if he was under the impression your wife was getting ready to enter the parking lot. sounds like it was what it probable is...... a accident. jerry .

on sat 19 nov 2005 180008 -0700 charles cstoyer@interpex.com wrote i picked up my truck today 2001 2500 td 24 valve after having egt and fuel pressure gauges installed. at idle fuel pressure is like 5-7 psi it hunts. while driving it is around 3 max going up a hill truck is not really trying it can drop to 1 or 2 psi. what should the pressure be at idle when driving when working hard does this mean i need to replace the lift pump before it takes out the main fuel pump my friends say carquest sells the same pump as you get from cummins for a lot less. around $100 i think. main pump they say is a $2000 job. is it hard to do or get at if so i have a mechanic that can do it. thanks charles i have the exact same truck my runs 13psi at idle 9 on the road. de ----== posted via feeds.com - unlimited-unrestricted-secure usenet ==---- http//www.feeds.com the #1 group service in the world! 120000+ groups ----= east and west-coast server farms - total privacy via encryption =---- .

i have a 97 dakota. when i shift from park through neutral to drive there is a momentary grinding noise. any ideas as to what this might be. i would equate the noise to that of accidently cranking the engine while its running. thanks ryan .
